Q. How do you check stock?
A. Checking for stock can be done by using the product search, advanced product search or category index.
Q. How do I request a quote and place an order?
A. Once you've located the part you require provide the quantity needed, date code restrictions if any and a target price. Add parts to cart. Check out when you are finished and submit a request for quote. Someone will contact you with pricing, delivery and ordering information.
Q. What are payment terms?
A. For United States customers we offer check, moneyorders, COD, paypal and open
account credit to qualified business and institutions. For International customers we
offer paypal and T/T.
Q. What is the order minimum?
A. We have no order minium.
Q. How will my order ship?
A. For United States customers we offer UPS and USPS prepaid and added to the
invoice. Freight collect is offered to businesses and institutions that have accounts
with DHL, FEDX and UPS. For international customers we ship USPS insured.
Q. How long before my order ships?
A. Orders ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.
Q. What is return policy?
A. All sales are considered final. We carefully inspect and pack all product prior
to listing and shipment to ensure you item is as advertised. We guarantee the item you
receive is the manufacturer and part number we described on our web site. If you find
the item is different than what was described you may return it for a refund. After we
receive your item back please allow 5-7 days to process your refund.
